ENTRE OLIVOS
This exhibition represents the processes of the soul, the revelation of a state of being through colors, textures, shapes, and time. During this exploration, I understood that one must die to give birth. Just as when I extract a color from nature, even though the plant, log, seed, fruit, or insect is already dead, by capturing its color in textiles, I bring it back to life, and in a certain way, the spiral of the spirit that never dies continues.
Nature has been my support and great teacher through this process as time, patience, and surprises have accompanied me along the way, also a reflection of everyday human relationships, which emit emotions in my body and transmute in my pieces. Sometimes I don't know what I'm feeling until I see a finished piece and it explains everything to me.
Each stage of my human life is reflected in my work, and from there I re-educate my being to be in harmony with the world and with myself. I project the infinite of my being and the devotion of this practice, since by creation I open doors of abundance, I see my ability to contain and manage my energy, and at the same time I allow myself to trust that there is divine guidance and support in everything that comes my way in the process. Even in discomfort there is what I need; it is up to me to see it from the perspective of good. I feel the strength of my creative ancestors who guide my path and show me the law of cause and effect; I see it in the subtlety of each piece and the messages they reflect in the eye of each viewer.
I see the invisible power of serving the earth, the people, the new generations, and the spaces we inhabit.
